Wedding Coordination

Are you a planner and love the idea of being hands-on with the styling of your wedding but want to take the guesswork out of actually coordinating with all your vendors the month leading up to your wedding? This package is perfect for the bride who wants to create her vision while we execute it. So you can spend more time primping the month of your wedding and less time planning it. Our experts will take the reigns on your designs 4 to 6 weeks out from your wedding. We will work with vendors to finalize details, establish the wedding day timeline and execute the design and flow of the day when it takes place.

Complete Planning & Styling

We understand better than anyone, weddings require a lot of planning time. Some of our brides prefer handing over all planning and design to our experts here at Experience Chattanooga. This package is perfect for the hands off bride who is looking to experience the more fun sides of planning a wedding such as the cake tasting, choosing your wedding theme + colors, choosing your cuisine options or song selections. Leaving the nitty gritty numbers and vendor communications to our people. This is our busy bee brides preferred package!

Event Design & Venue Scouting

Are you a busy bee? Always on the move and trying to find the time to dedicate towards planning your wedding? We get it, designing a wedding is time-consuming and quite frankly, not everyone's favorite thing. That's why we offer this service. Perfect for the couples who want to be a part of the process but aren't well informed of how to pick out a venue & their wedding designs. We work with you to find the best venue for your wedding vision, we handle all vendor contracting and event design leading up to the finishing touches and make sure that your design comes to life beautifully on the day of the wedding.
